Terms of service

 The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, products and deliveries. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By ordering the goods, you agree to these conditions.

 

Order

 You will receive an email at the email address you provided to confirm your order.

Each product is original, so a specific product may differ slightly from the images on the website.

All prices are in Euros / CZK including VAT.

Prices do not include shipping, the amount of which depends on the delivery address.

For most locations, delivery costs range from € 2 to € 15, depending on the type of goods.

The cost of delivery of the order is clearly stated during the order.

 

Delivery time

 V?etky kusy skladom budú odoslané do 5 pracovných dní. V prípade polo?iek na objednanie, ktoré nie sú skladom, je doba dodania 21 kalendárnych dní. Transport, delivery and liability

 Until the delivery date - including delivery, we are responsible for the order. Upon delivery, responsibility passes to you. All displayed images and photos are protected by copyright. Photographs and graphics may not be reproduced and publicly used without written permission.

 

Order cancellation or return of goods

 You have the right to cancel the order or return the goods within fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery, which means that you have the opportunity to change your mind and send back unused and undamaged goods you received - including the original and undamaged packaging. In case of damage, we reserve the right to refuse to return the item. Refund of the amount paid will take place after receipt and inspection of the goods within ten calendar days. In the case of returning a product that was sent with free postage, we reserve the right to deduct the price of postage from the refunded amount. Returns or cancellations are not possible if the goods have been made to measure or personalized, but in this case you still have the right to complain about the item.

Kúpou beriete oh?ad na to, ?e ?perky, ktoré majú na sebe povrchovú úpravu, vo forme pozlátenia, nosením túto povrchovú úpravu strácajú, ide o ich prirodzenú vlastnos?.

 

Sizes

 The size and weight of each piece of jewelry is stated in the description. Since the jewelry is made by hand, allow a deviation of +/- 5mm, +/- 0.5g.

 

Privacy

 We take your privacy seriously. We will not provide, sell, trade or rent your information to third parties. All your information needed for the order - name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address and credit card number will be used exclusively when ordering and to communicate with you about your order.

 

Place of legal jurisdiction

 All legal relations are governed exclusively by Slovak legislation.
